Round 14 ! Unscored round. 2 more scored rounds to go after this short break !! With the exception of the "prize" coin all the grades assigned to this group were assigned by me,,, after 4 beers, and with little motivation to grade down to a knat's as&... so we'll see how it goes. Given the lack of copper in this exercise... here it is. I'll only rank those who played in the last round. Dropped score after every 16th. Dropped scores this week. Leadfoot - drops third:hail: Swish - drops third:hail: Gotta have at least 10 graded to rank. Rankings (points reflect average grades off tpg grades): GOLD - Raider - .65 SILVER - Duke - .80 BRONZE - Leadfoot - .82 and now the Pack: 4th - Lehigh - .88 5th - BQcoins - .90 6th - Ldhair - .93 7th - Bigjpst - .94 8th - Mark_h - .95 9th - RLM's - .96 10th - Badthad - .98 11th - Swish - 1.05 TPG's this round: NNC - 1932D (Winner gets it if they want it) 4Beers - 1909 4Beers - 1910 4Beers - 1913S 5Beers - 1914S 5Beers - 1929S 6Pack - 1933

If I am way wrong, thats just a year off from the coin biz.....I stick to my grades. Leghigh and Mark, you guys are overly optomistic in my CURRENT frame of mind. We shall see. I hope I have not lost my grading abilitys.
Uh Oh! Maybe I took the fun part of this thread too literally. I actually drank the beers before I tried to grade the coins. Funny thing is that alcohol has the same effect on your perception of coins as it does with women.
Paul, lol, it also has the same effect when you think you can kill the table with that 7-Deuce offsuite before the flop Grading and poker is best done sober my friend , lol, but you knew that right?
Actually, I play much better after a few drinks. Same drink all the time. Kettle One martini, four olives, straight up, chilled. I play after work and wear a suit to the casino. One of the other regulars actually refers to me as James Bond. Without the drinks, I am very tight and very predictable which is only good if everyone else is drunk and not paying attention. BTW, nice to see you posting around here again and as a collector. Hope the hot sauce biz is, well, hot!
One thing you are missing is that you are not supposed to grade the coins, but to guess what the OP (and NNC) have graded the coins. I guarantee NNC graded that 32-D above your 63 guess. FWIW, I think you were even too conservative on that coin if it were raw. The rest of your guesses appear somewhere in the ballpark for the grades. Whether or not they agree with the op is TBD.
