Rainbow coins are terrifying to me as a coin dealer, The reason why I seldomly sell them or buy is because I do not have the knowlidge to be 100% sure on it´s authenticity. I envy those who have that knowlidge. A future project maby. But that said i´m pretty sure that I´m right one the money with this baby. It was designed by my uncle. And the coin is a part of the 1930´s three coin set often called Althingi coins. A rare set I have handeled about dosen of them and own 4 sets. But I have never seen a toned coin from this set before. I do not collect rainbow toned coins but I like them and because this coin is special to me. I'm keeping this one.

    Best regards
    Siggi

    Beautiful Siggi!

Looks like that new camera is working wonders for you, maybe it will help expose you to the realm of colorfully toned coins as you image your coins with the new equipment and see things in a fresh perspective.
