Has anybody heard of either of these companys? NGSC stands for National Grading Service Company. And apparently Paymate is an alternative to paypal. if you know anything about either Id love to hear from you! Thanks Jon
One Paymate is an ebay alternative to paypal. Whatever its other benefits/detriments, it's useless to people who want to use American Express for payment. The other PayMate (note the capitalization difference) has a large payment network in India. NGSC is so well known, and has such an active website, that the first reference to it as a coin grading service on a Google search, is this thread! But, if you believe your fellow Coin Talkers it's something less wonderful than mint chocolate chip ice cream.
Well it took some serious restraints because i like to gamble!!! But I think in this case I did the right thing look for yourselfs----> http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...=STRK:MEBIDX:IT#ht_500wt_978&autorefresh=true by the way I knew that the grade wasnt going to hold up with PCGS but if it is authentic somebody is laughing to the bank
Well, I seriously doubt it is a 68, probably by several numbers. The only other comment I have is that is looks like an awful frosty "proof". In short I think you just bought a MS coin labeled Proof.
#1: "This item is being sold AS IS. There are no grade guarantees. We do not imply any grade. And we do not guarantee any grade that may be shown on coin holders. We do make any judgments on whether a coin has been cleaned or not. We do not make any judgments on the coin's surfaces." and #2: "Return/Refund Policy: All coins are sold AS IS. All auction sales are final. There are no refunds or returns."
