They are found in jerusalem so 99% they are original ,we are discusing how much they worth because if they worth i will send them to a lab for checking​

 

Why get testy, they're fake. Not worth but a few cents at best.

First off welcome to Coin Talk.

Secondly to most of you who replied, if his coins are fake then why not take a few seconds to try and explain to him who you all think the coins are fake in stead of ridiculing him and making fun? Clearly with only 9 posts at the time of my reply this person is new to collecting and not as experienced as everyone else...

Back to the coins... Sorry but they do look like they are cast replicas due to the pitting on the surface which is left when a coin is made from a poured mold and not stamped. My terminology may not be 100% accurate but that pretty much covers it.

I believe the tone of the replies to this user changed very much after the negative reply from the user. This is a case of a user bringing on the sarcasm from their own attitude. You should direct your response more to the user who asked for opinions and then lashed out instead of the folks who responded afterward.

My opinion was based upon what looked like it might be cast surfaces in combination with the pieces being far too perfectly round, in my opinion, to be from a legitimate mint.

My point -> just because something is from a certain place, doesn't automatically make it legit.

 

Clearly your idea of "lashing out" is different from mine... It's not like he called your mom fat or anything like that.

Clearly from the very first post this persons english is not as good as yours or mine. Taking that into consideration I simply read his reply as being a statement of a fact that the coins came from Jerusalem which he believes to be true, then reminding us that he is asking about the value cause if it is worth it he would pay to send them into a lab to be verified. No different then if someone posted a cast fake of a morgan...

Now I'm not saying this guy couldn't be just some scammer trying to pull a fast one... But it dosen't seem like anyone is even giving him a chance. Like I said noone even tried to explain why they thought the coins were fake...

And sorry - my "everyone" may have been a bit broad and was mostly directed at the heavy sarcasm folks...

 

I find this post to be quite reasonable and logical. I will also agree that "lashed out" was too strong a phrase on my part and I had thought this even before you wrote your reply. As with any written text, there can be a heavy dose of interpretation on the part of the reader with respect to the tone or motivation of the writer.
