I finally found an example that I liked that was within my price range. Most that I had seen were either cleaned or so worn that I knew I wouldn't be happy with them. Today, there were two new ones. The dealer had an almost UNC one that was a little pricey and the one I bought. It has some wear on the highest spots but it has beautiful chocolate coloring.
Wow, very nice ikandiggit! I have a low grade example but yours has soooo much more detail. I just might have to upgrade lol. Congrats on the pickup!
It's one that I'm happy with but you should have seen the almost UNC one.... sure is tempting but it was over $125. This one was $18.
That is quite the jump in price! I would've definately picked that one up for $18, its a nice piece. Gonna have to hit up the local coin shops when I get back home in a week and a half!
Now, that's a really nice one! I have a couple and mine are nice but my nicest one has rub on the cornucopia. :thumb:
Now there's a nice example! Very good job Barry! May I suggest some Verdigone or Coincare to help prevent anything from growing on it? Congrats on the new buy.
I would, but I'll post 'em here just so everyone can see what we're talking about: Coincare Verdi-Gone Verdi-Gone was developed by our very own BadThad
