Look at some of the feedbacks and their auction titles. :mouth:
As well as the other current items for sale. "1943 s nickle that i think any one would want for keep "

He's probably gonna pay out more in ebay and paypal fees than all of it is worth selling those small items individually.

    isn't that an oxymoron?

Aw, come on. There are plenty of knowledgeable eBay sellers. They have their fair share of idiots, as do many venues, but there are still lots of good ones.

Wow.... I would rather teach him of what he has instead of making fun of him.
I thought coin collecting was about learning, teaching and enjoying the hobby.

Even if I needed the 1943 Lincoln, and he was asking a very reasonable price, I would not buy from this uninformed fool. If you are selling on ebay, you have a computer and internet access: two vital tools for being informed and self- educated, and not sounding like a complete redneck idiot.

Hey, give the new guy a break. And how can he be a red neck? Item location is Sacramento Ca. :D

That 43 cent is the 'Lincoln Mullett' variety.

By the way, I don't mean anything negative to those who might consider themselves "rednecks" at times. I was out in the yard pulling a stump out with my pick-up truck last night. In all fairness, it was the easiest way I could think of! We all have our moments.

I'm sure you're the smartest coin collector who never had a problem learning about coins and never had someone else teach you anything about them. I'm sure you were very wise to "self-educate" yourself.

Fool is a little too harsh when someone is "probably" new to the selling of coins and has not learned enough about them yet. But to me, "fool" is perfect for those who scam and sell AT coins IMO. Which I don't see this person trying to do.

Anyways, I redirected that seller to CoinTalk and told him he should visit the site and learn a little about coins or ask questions so he can be more knowledgeable and have a better representation for the coins he sells.

I'll say one thing though. I wish I was fully self-educated like you but I had to ask many questions before I learned what I know. :D

I didn't mean to offend anyone here, but if I were selling anything on ebay, I would either do the research on it, or simply say, "I do not know." In the end, he will be the loser if he continues to sell in this manner. Many times you are in effect buying the seller, when they are doing their job. Sorry for any misunderstandings.:)

I believe tonedcoins is being a bit harsh here, I would have to agree that not researching what you are attempting to sell is very foolish, you could lose good money that way also and is it not correct than to say that one whom is doing something very, very, foolish is acting like a fool or even shortened to is a fool ? ( at least until they wise up a little? ) I think people are taking this politically correct thing so far over the limit that a person can no longer even speak their mind and call something what it really is,, I agree this seller is a HUGE FOOL of a seller. (1) not enough generated positive feedback to begin being a productive seller... (2) putting NO effort into researching what he is selling or even taking the time to even attempt to be close to grammatically correct!

    Fool
    –noun
    1.
a silly or stupid person; a person who lacks judgment or sense.

    dictionary.reference.com

( I would personally say that the eBay seller in question meets the full criteria for this dictionary definition. )
(1943 s nickle that i think any one would want for keep) - Than why isn't he keeping it?

Aw heck, I've said more than my fair share of foot in the mouth stuff. I don't think Quartertapper meant anything in the area of disrespect. Just a bit of commentary and nothing more.

So how's that beautiful baby girl Quatertapper? And that "pullin' out the stump with the pickup truck? I've done that....:D

I think he's lucky to have actually put some keywords in there that buyers would search for. How else are you going to find an item that's titled "just money from some where in brasil" ???

    Yikes.

I'm glad there are still members who rather teach and help than bash and say I'm been harsh....LOL

I'll leave it at that and keep helping and teaching those who need it. Enjoy collecting and been pros by self-educating yourselves.
