Hi, me and my friends have been collecting coins for some time now & thought we should post our collection online. We already have a domain & hosting, but were looking for a PHP/MySQL script that would allow us to post, edit & remove coin images & descriptions. Does any one know of any such script? Thanks, Ali.
Was thinking of that before in the past but everything had it's limitations. Maybe making your own wiki is much flexible.
I tried a MySQL PHP Apache scripting, but it was easier to go one of 2 routes, If actually selling, your hosting company probably has a script for commercial type sites with shopping carts and Credit card type of access. If just making online albums, the best program(IMO) is Web Gallery Wizard Pro, which is a shareware program ( $40 I think), nice features. I tried the hosting provided scripts for online photograph albums, but the WGWP was much easier to do. Jim
