Small Photo: Larger Photo: I can't decide and need some help. Left side is picture with a flash. Right side is a scan. Thanks in advance!
Is this a 1922 Plain Penny? No, it's a plain worn-out 1922 D cent that should repose it ye 'ol junk box.
One of the diagnostics of the key "strong reverse" 1922 Plain cent is that the FIRST "2" in the date is weaker than the second "2". BTW I noticed you didn't show us the reverse.
However, for die pair 3 "Second 2 in date is weaker than first 2." See http://lincolncentresource.com/1922Ddievarieties.html. As noted, this is probably a weak "D". For it to be a no "D", nothing should be noted using 10X power loop, but I am pretty sure I can see the remnants of the "D"
