Very excited about this coin. I've been tracking a fine example of this coin for a while. This is about as good as it gets for the roosevelt series. hope you guys enjoy this one.

Mint state 1982 and 1983 coins of all denominations are a little on the tough side. For one, there were no official mint sets issued by the Mint. Second, there are not a ton of collectors at this point.

That looks like a nice example, especially if pulled from circulation.

Not "rare", but a really tough find.

I forgot to mention its the No P variety and there have been none graded higher by NGC. Planned on crossing over to PCGS until I noticed they have graded one 68 :-(

Nice no-P dime. These are indeed quite tough.

Fancy that! A very beautiful no P '82. Great addition! Any chance we can get a closer view of the reverse? I will admit that I don't have one as when I was collecting the series I didn't go for varieties. May have to start though. Do you happen to know the mintage in relation to the '82 regular P's? Do you also have the no S varieties in high grade perchance? (Because those would be awesome to post as wel!) Extremely sorry for all the questions. I get excited about Roosevelt as they were my first full collection.

The coin is on its way to my house so I will get my own pics when it arrives for sure

Estimated Mintage is between 10000-20000 im guessing somewhere in the middle.Im sure everybody has heard the whole cedar point story behind it so ill leave that alone.LOL. Estimated mintage of 1955 double dies is 15000 and estimated for the 3legged buffalo is 30000 so its not a bad mintage id say. I am in the process of getting a no s from the local coin shop, its a beauty. If I do work out a deal for it Ill defintley be posting it on here.
