Of a 1923 Peace Dollar that has a hole drilled in the top near the rim as a keychain decoration:

With all of the junk available out there, it's sure a waste of good silver.

Would you believe the asking price is $20?

I don't think it's worth more than face.

Hey, it's 90% silver, so it's bullion value is more than face, but with the hole it's only worth melt (and it should be melted).

Why anyone would damage and ruin collectable coinage is beyond me.And the peace happens to be my favorite to collect

Fairly common year with high mintage. No damage (pardon the pun) done. At least it's not a '28.........

Even in Canada it is only worth the melt value of the silver, but someone will buy it as a "cute " gift.

I think drilling holes in genuine coins is primitive. I think keychain addons shouldn't be made with real coins because it ruins coins. Now if you want to buy a coin clamp with a hole big enough to fit in a keychain at the top of the clamp, than that's ok, that's how you make necklaces out of coins without ruining them. By the way, a coin clamp would go around the coin rather than through the coin, like drilling a hole would.
