Dan, how many of each coin are you in for (if I may ask you)? I have 20 of each. It would seem our fates (in this cautionary tale) are rather intertwined (haven't seen any other posters who have picked up more than a few of the coins). Hope we at least get our initial 'nut' out of all this. but I am not very optimistic. I guess we'll see what happens as they say...
I have 4 proofs, i am just hoping to get back what i put in. Good luck with profit if your selling them on feebay.
fat chance of that! maybe around the holidays in December but after that it will be closer to spot unless high grade certified!

I don't plan on selling any of mine (and I lack the shrewd, business acumen which I presume is required to profitably 'flip' coins, as they say). I have stuck my cache of these coins at the back of my bedroom closet and plan to leave them there in perpetuity. Maybe when I grow old and feeble, I will will them to my three year old niece if I succeed in turning her into a collector (I'm already working on her with coins as birthday and Xmas coins-one coin for each toy she gets from me), I will leave them to her. When I speak of getting my 'nut' back, what I am really saying is that I want the value on paper (greysheet, etc.) of these coins to be about what I paid one, five, ten plus years down the road.
Good luck Sturm with whatever you decide to do with yours, i was referring to other members that may read my posts and have a few Bsa's.
