Having BEEN to Uzbeckistan, I can tell you that they use wheelbarrows of those to pay for stuff. Literally. I don't know if they do it anymore, but they did in 2003.

That's quite a challenge! Do you look for any particular notes, or will any banknote from each country do? I actually started a "one of each country" collection when I first started collecting, but kind of gave up on the idea. Dave
One of the people on the trip was a bank teller, and when the waitress in this resturaunt in Bukhara said we hadn't paid enough, he counted something like 36 thousand worth of fifties in order to prove we had. He had skills!
I will settle for almost any note I can get my hands on mostly UNC. But if I see a note with a "national hero" such as Gandhi, Che and Benito Juarez it catches my eye.
