hand stamped copy below sun rays not perfect stamping(copy)individual lettered die,and also has an R marked before 1776.Any idea if this is a mint copy or not?Real nice coin.Older than 75 years I think,it was in uncles safe.It also looks like two halves joined together
It was not made at the mint. It's a post mint novelty and marked as such. It appears to be like 2 halves joined together because it was cast from 2 molds.
