I don't know anything about them. I read their Terms and Conditions, and it mentions a buyer's premium but it doesn't say how much it is. Chris
These types of sites are generally not affiliated with any state or Federal branch of the government, but are designed and named so as to entire newbies to buy their inventory. This site gives no indication that it is related to any governmental agency whatsoever aside from its logo and name.
The U.S. Government run auctions and sales are found here. I would be wary of any site that uses any emblem or trademark that resembles anything found with a government agency. However, I have never personally dealt with FBAauctions.com, nor have I yet heard any review, positive nor negative, regarding them.
The cheesy circle logo with an eagle and gavel says it all. I smelled Doritos breath as soon as I opened the page.
