    I doubt it. He used the same photo for an 1888 he sold recently. Looks like image lifted from elsewhere.

    Well, he only has 70 responses. Maybe he was a slow pay a couple of times or had a differing opinion with a buyer. I got dinged on shipping charges when I charged 3.99 to ship a book priority mail ! LOL Some people are never going to get a good enough deal.

    IN the guys defense 98% there means 1 bad transaction out the 78 he has had. Not neccsarily a red flag. The pictures on the other hand seem snarky.

    I'm surprised ebay has let him do this multiple times. It's a lottery.

    I'm also suprised about the questions concerning his feedback. All it would take is a click to see that he's been dinged for slow shipping.
