I purchased a lot of world coins loaded with great coins. One of the coins that I struggle with is a 1914 5 Centavos from Chihuahua. This issue I’m facing is its 7.12g when I think it’s supposed to either 6.3g or 6.0g depending on composition. Any ideas on whether this weight variance is normal or problematic?

Any info here is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

KM say varied weight between 6.3 and 6.93 grams. How accurate is your scale? Could be within tolerance. 20221113_211043~2.jpg

Thanks @Razz that variance is close enough for me to feel good. Plus I need new batteries for the scale.

    Thanks again.

If it was a counterfeit, it would be pretty cool and worth more than a standard one
