Just found this thread and WOW!!!!! Some serious eye candy. Great coins put up by all.

 

this photo doesn't show it, but this coin actually has a blue-ish tone to it.

 

I pulled this coin from an old Whitman. Based on the documentation found with the collection, it was started c.a. 1938. Love it or hate it, it's an interesting coin.

 

Here's the reverse of another peace dollar found in that collection. The obverse makes it easy to see the coin's been "Whitmanized"! LOL

 

Fantastic Franklin's Fish. I could look at 'em all night. Keep on posting. This thread definitely has some meat to it.

 

Well, I guess licorice qualifies as candy but I am not a big fan of the taste.
