There isn't much reference out there on the series. Has a nice section on counterfeit images and spec's

 

Here's mine. I would appreciate opinions on my assigned grades for the raw coins.

That a strike through error on that 1855? There is obverse detail seen on the reverse.

 

Clashed die on both sides.

Weasel do you know what variety the fish scale is?

 

I have a type 1 already, I'm working on a t2 but might end up with a t3 bin i like if I miss these last few t2 auctions i'm watching

 

No not type of the series...but variety? FS # 3cs-002 is the 1852/2 inverted 2 over the 1 in the date. Probably < 30 examples exist I have an xf detailed example. The higher straight grade is a Vf.
Making this variety an R 6 or higher due to condition.
In good condition they comand up to a $2000 price tag !
