Emergency Circulating Notes From The Philippines

    Here are some very cool notes from the National Bank of the Phillippines
    Called "EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTES" Issued by the government
    These examples are from 1941, 1942 and 1944, I will also include the
    Japanese invasion version issued by there government!

    Nice specimens! Those Japanese notes never cease to amaze me when I see them!

    Are those Japanese specimens in your collection? IMO they are in mighty nice condition.

    The (JIM) notes on the the bottom are somewhat rare especially the 500 pesos
    Which is in UNC condition, Emergency notes on top are very cool and not found
    On every block either!

    Indeed, for the "sometimes" maligned JIM...:shame:
    You do need a cool eye and some real education to keep 'em sorted.:oops:
