most computer operating system has some type of free graphics program that allows rotation. For instance on Windows one could use PAINT which has a rotate feature. Microsoft Office Picture Manager has a Rotate feature also.

What looks like seperation lines on the date is actually raised. I found a matching die stage like yours just a couple weeks ago. Neat RPM User123456
