Help Please!!!!!!!

Hi ! I am stumped on this coin. I have a friend that tells me that it is a 1971 DDO US cent, but i,m not sure. Also, was looking for someone who can tell me the approx grade of the coin. I,m new to the site and would appreciate any input. Thanks Rick

As for the coin, we will need larger images if you can. Hard to see if that is a DDO or not.
