    I can't tell for sure, but that doesn't look like MD to me. Could be a DDR. But I don't see any matches to that exact spot anywhere. Try to find other areas that show signs of being doubled if possible.

    Those are part of the original design.
    Parts of the pillars have been polished out leaving what looks like an extra pillar.
    Not a DDR.
