What is going on in bay 11?

    1998 Penny. Nice die crack that doesn't appear to touch the rim. But the last bay?

    @Coppertop? Are you sure that line is recessed? It looks awfully straight for a die crack. No? I have no idea what is going on in the Bay except PMD.

    If it were a scratch, it would go over top of everything, which it does not. Weird that it fallows the angles of the other markings. The last photo doesn't look like the crack, but impression lines of some sort. All very parallel to one another. The bay markings don't go over the columns, couldn't be damage. I don't know. Anyone else seen this before?
