Uh....yep---the reason is so if it goes off with a bid of $9.95 he doesn't lose anything....someone should report this to ebay as charging too much shipping...I bet somone could ship that bag for under $40. Speedy
The seller is just trying to get out of paying higher ebay fees. The final value fee will be a lot less on $9.99 than if the item sold for $300 with $25.00 shipping. Charlie
