Guess The grade

    Over at the NGC forum they have a thread called Guess the grade .

    I thought it would be fun to post one here.

    Guess the grade of this 1917 Type SLQ

    I actually like the deeper toning on this coin quite a bit, though I realize many folks like this issue bright white.

    THen again I dont know a whole lot the grading of SLQ...yet :goofer:

    I don't know what grade this coin is, but I can tell folks that I don't think it is AU. This coin appears MS.

    My grading of SLQs is poor, with that said, my guess is 64.

    Sorry I didn't see this in time to make a guess, but great coin. Love the look -- enjoy it.

    Whatever it grades, I call it desireable.

    I'll guess 65FH, but I suspect this is a coin that needs to be seen in hand to be evaluated (even more than normal).
