    It seems It just has some wear,but maybe not because I don't see that much wear along the the rim. Wait until you get more information. B12

    If your talking about the 1 in the date it looks like post strike damage rather than a die chip. It looks like something hit near the bottom of the 1 and pealed it upward. Best I can tell from the photo. Only my opinion.
