Here is a trio of halves that make a good grouping. The first is missing the designer's initials, the designer's initials on the second are very weak and the tailfeathers of the third are plugged from die deterioration and there is even a cool clash of the rays at the base of Kennedy's neck.

Terrific pictures, Chris! However, I must tell you that a "plugged tail" sounds like it would be mighty uncomfortable.:rolling:

Momma, after she caught us by the britches, used to give us kids castor oil for that malady, it was swift.

Those are some nice close-ups of the "No FG" area, I've always been told that in order for this designation, no trace of the designers initials can be seen with a 5x loupe, not even a ghost (trace) can remain.

Cool post, Chris, and great pictures. What is the value difference between the No FG and Weak FG?

I don't know how uncomfortable it might have been. Maybe he just ran out of toilet paper.

Jason, I haven't the slightest idea. These three were given to me as a gift by a close friend, here, in Cape Coral.
