I'm New to coins and I just randomly chose 1 oz silver eagle's to collect.

I heard that ICG was on ok grader.

So I started just getting random MS69 coins off E-bay.

But Now I'm moving and I want to sell my collection and I'm not sure what it's worth. Or even if I should be selling now? I tried to look on ebay for a SET from 1986 to 20XX years from ICG but no one seems to be selling those.

So what I have... Your help is greatly appreciated! :D

    ICG MS69's from 1986-2002 that's 17 coins ... And I have 2003 - 2005 MS70's ICG with 2004 being a first day of issue whatever that means.

So... My question is do I sell the entire lot that way? Or do I just sell the 69's in one lot and 70's in another?

Is ebay the way to sell these or is there a better way? :hammer:

Thanks a lot... and how much do you think I should get for this?

I've heard pros and cons about ICG.

Are your ASEs bearing a mm or no?

I've seen a complete set of ASEs from 1986 - 2008 listing for around $1500 for proofs.

It means the coin has been certified as one issued on the first day the 2004 ASEs were available.

If you run a search on eBay for first strike or first day American Silver Eagles, there are some in PCGS slabs labeled that way too.

I would try eBay. If it were me I would sell them each individually but I don't know too much about these coins so I would listen to other's opinions first.

I agree, each individually will bring better money, than one whole lot.unless your selling price is really good.If your just looking to "dump" them and make a couple bucks, then you may want to find a dealer that will buy them all.maybe even someone here would.

Picked up an ICG MS-70 ASE on auction before. Looking at the coin, have my doubts it's really MS-70. Maybe 68 or 69. It's not given me much much reason to have faith in ICG.

I try not to talk about people,or companies,I let them speak for themselves. The only ICG I would buy is very interesting pieces. At that point of looking at it,I would grade the coin myself.

The old adage, buy the coin, not the case.

A dealer would probably offer around $1100 for the whole set. My dealer pays what he can buy them for wholesale. Their is one dealer advertising in Coin World Magazine saying he pays $2 back of bid pricing. You would need a current copy of the Coin Dealer Newsletter to get each coin's bid price less the $2.

I just realized these are MS coins. My estimate was for PR coins
