Really pretty coin. What's the grade?

I wanted a WTC recovery coin as a piece of history but the premiums on silver eagles are a bit excessive and generic modern gold is a little more than I want to spend. So, silver and a one year type but still affordable is what I got.

 

Looks like a more mature Gilligan with a mustache.

 

It’s even the right hat

 

Technically not my newest acquisition, unless you count newest photo acquisition. Still tough to photo proof coins through plastic holders. Some hazing near the rim on the Canada dollar, polar (kodiak) bear 1980.

Picked up a couple today, partly collection and partly bullion. First is a South Africa sovereign with a nice die crack across the king’s neck





And then just because it was there and I liked the design, I grabbed a WW1 era Swiss 10 franc
