Looking for information on this one, as I do NOT know the series!

Info on genuine varieties and nomenclature and this particular example.

This is all I can find Jack.
The MM position looks to be correct. Can't find out anything on the KM3 counterfiet.

    The MM's look completely different.
The SP was struck twice with heavy polished dies. I wonder if that is what I see on the MM

KM3 is probably reference to Krause-Mishler catalogue (and this coin is #3 in that catalogue).
According to Numista it should be pretty common coin.

Had this response from an expert in another forum- "

Good afternoon Jack. The coin you are inquiring about is indeed counterfeit. It is a second generation (off junk dies) manufactured by Hong Kong (HK) Replica coins. They have cleaned up some of the legends (in particular the I's but forgot an important one. The main markers are still present. The second A in GRATIA is hooked. The outside leaf at 4 0'clock extends inside the branch and the date and H are wrong. I am providing a 20yr old scan of a slag planchet version of Gen 1. Please note the A, date and leaf.

There are many of the second generation floating around. I have seen numerous dates and denominations.
