A A Counterstamp ?

    Hi,

    I noticed this Note has a small A A stamped near the last letter in the serial number. There's other handwritten graffiti on both sides, but this seems to be printed or stamped. Is this something done at the mint, or the bank? a.JPG b.JPG c.JPG

    AA was stamped after the note left the BEP. Post printing damage
