Ottoman/Persian Countermark?

    I found this coin in a mixed lot of poundage I purchased. An obvious countermark, but from where? It's on a French 10 centimes, 1855D. Anyone here knowledgeable of middle eastern scripts? Second photo shows reverse in relationship to mark.

    The photos are quite grainy, but these look like fragments of number punches... possibly 2s and 9s?
