A good rule of thumb: Bad pictures, PASS.

 

Maybe it's the bad pics but, that date looks funky to me. The numbers look too close and kind of fat. Again maybe from wear and/or bad pics.

 

Second, as always, to "if @johnmilton posts it as a question, PASS."

 

Also, look at Liberty's nose.
