1994P with something by mint mark

    So, what do you think that is by the mint mark? A wierd looking die chip or something else?

    Light it from one direction and see if the shadowed side is the same as the raised devices. I know I have problems sometimes with raised and incused devices and this is how I can tell. FWIW
