    Theodosius I AV Tremissis of Constantinopolis. AD 379-395. 4.48 g.

    DN THEODOSIVS PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.
    VICTORIA AVGVSTORVM, Victory walking right, holding, wreath and cross on globe.

    Mintmark CONOB.

    The OP coin is a tremissis which has an eight pointed star in the right field. That will suggest it's a later issue, likely of Theodosius II, something like this: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=784573

    The style of the obverse bust and reverse angel also suggests it's an issue of Theodosius II. Reference... maybe RIC 213.

    Tremissi which lack the eight pointed star are very early issues (of Theodosius I), they tend to have finer style, are much scarcer and cost a little more.

    The OP coin in contrast was struck in great quantities and is very common. Value is not very high. Hope this helps.

    Got it graded. MS examples seem to be in the $1500-$2500 range. Not sure how much the punch mark affects it. It’s tiny. Behind the head.
