You got the Saints book -- HIS book ? -- in hardcover ?

My understanding was that the earlier "blue" Morse book was hardcover but that book is under 300 pages. Roger's "red" book is in softcover and has Duckor's name in the front cover/title besides Morse.

You made me second guess myself. I went and checked and it is the softcover red book. I had remembered it being hardcover for some reason. I think I conflated it with my red bust quarters book.

No problem....I'm actually thinking of getting the "blue" hardcover Morse book for the pictures and different commentary (less but different).

But I'm going to make sure the pictures are at least different (if not the commentary) since the book is another $75 or more. :D

I'm mostly a series collector, date and MM, and for every series that I'm not knowledgeable on I buy the book. I have a variety, from the old minting processes to my latest book about Canadian silver dollars. I enjoy collecting the "Red" and "Blue" books also, not to track price trends but just as a novelty, the info inside is good also for new and advanced collectors
