Hi, what is that line on the reverse going thru Cumberland? It looks like it's under the letters. Could be a few letters DD too. Obverse, any die cracks on his neck? Upper,middle,lower?
Looks like the planchet had a scrape in it before the design was made. Nothing really. It was minted with a worn die so the doubling you see is most likely DDD.
