Australia has been muted as the next to adopt CBDC, and as our NZ main banks are Australian owned is there a possibility of NZ following quickly? In that case the need for cash would be minimal to zero.

I grew up with Queen Elizabeth, although I am a citizen of the United States. Due to my father being in the United States Army, we travelled alot. Every summer we took a trip thoughout Europe. When I was 16, we moved to France. I had to go to a Military Dependents High School. Each Sunday, we were taken on an army bus to our high school in Verdun. We lived in dormitories. On Friday after school, we returned home. My mother loved it. It wasn't so fund for us.
Anyway, we saw the Queen on our old black and white TV. She has always been the "Queen" to me, and although she was British, she had an air about her that I really liked.
Now, Charles is another thing. I'm hoping that he will quietly stay in his castle.

Its not that far fetched, part of being the monarchy and getting England to pay for them is being likeable which Charles isnt off to a good start for. I would guess that most would rather see William and Kate

Other than that though those predictions are all so easy. They predict things over and over and if it actually hits it picks up media attention. Its even easier if you do it on social media where you keeps the posts protected and just make them public if one hits
