Mpc new pick up! Great deal!

Well iam always excited when i pick up a new Mpc, But when i

Though this Series 692 10 Cent in PCGS 66PPQ is not considered
Rare, I was able to accomplish two things, First i got it for a
Price far below what it cost to grade it which would have been about
$30 and was able to add a quality note to my PCGS registry
