Strike-Through?

    2015 Louisiana State Quarter. I'm wondering if it's some sort of a strike thru, or something else.

    That is PMD - Post Mint Damage :yack:

    Using excessive force someone pressed something on the Obverse which caused the indentation and affected the Reverse side and Rim.
