I've had this coin forever, don't know much about it but it seems every Halloween I think about it. I've tried researching on it as I did find out a little of who is on the coin face but I couldn't find much about the coin itself. Just wanted some thought's on it, as spooky as they may be ;)

Don't say that, I have plants that are in their prime. Fruiting and flowering like crazy.
    Summer isn't over yet.

I figured out a way to play that on solo guitar, back when I started playing, decades ago -- then forgot about it. I just dusted it off. If we have a music party close to Halloween, maybe I'll have the courage to trot it out.

Not sure why it reminds you of Halloween but the date it was made is on the reverse, 2008. It’s not a coin, it’s a novelty token. I’m thinking Mardi Gras.

This is one of my favorite Halloween themed silver rounds.

I've got one on the way in that I've been holding back on. It will be the "keystone" to my exonumia collection. A keystone to one's collection is a coin or medal at the top of the collection, one that given one's current and future economic condition, will probably never lose its status as the pinnacle piece.

It will also fit nicely in this thread.

A German "vampire note." Check out the guy's neck. This was issued during the hyper inflation period after World War I.
