Obvious counterfeit on Ebay

I told the seller his coins are counterfeit. Am I wasting my time? These coins were advertised on Ebays email.

It's not even a Morgan

 

Considering he says "This American old Coin is made of Brass, It is plated with 925 sterling silver." I don't think I would bother (You get a discount if you order more than four of them)

The counterfeiter could have at least spelled UNITED correctly. :heavysigh:

The obverse looks like another variation on the "vampire variety." The two marks on the neck survived the whizzing it got. The reverse is a clown show. They had to leave out a letter in "UNITED" because the eagle's wing got in the way.

 

Spacing is bad but they didn't leave out a letter. Of course they spelled UNITED as UNITHD.
