0's and 1's are used in binary code or computer code which is actually where the craze for those like serials got their name. Before computers, no one cared for a number with more than 3 digits total and only then when there was already food in the cupboards.
He gave you excellent advice, you didn't want to hear it, and you snapped at him for it. You didn't come here for advice, but for support for your unrealistic expectations.
I will explain my $100 post. While the serial number looks good, it is better if the numbers are grouped together. 00003333 or 33330000. And while not a "true" low (which is 100 or less) if it ran 00000303 or 00000330 that's not bad while, 00000033, 00000030 would be valuable. And then there are all sorts of combinations that are better than what you have, when the bill can read the same back and forth, etc. 30033003, and many other types of "radars" etc. I am sure someone posted the "fancy serial number link" but do check it out: https://www.mycurrencycollection.com/reference/collecting/types-and-values-of-fancy-serial-numbers So while your number looks good, it needs to fit the criteria in the link a little better than just being a binary. And of course condition is always critical.
