Before I get to looking everything up... Your feedback is much appreciated! Coins I know well...currency, not so much. But I am willing to learn My favorite teller said "Do you do bills?" I bought it all This will be fun! I genuinely have no idea what I have lol. Is that middle $20 in the last image maybe misaligned in any significant way?
At face you can never go wrong. You may have something worthwhile, and if not you can always spend it
Wow, what a find. Meow has not gotten into currency yet. But it sounds even more expensive than coin rolls. Meow is broke this week from a recent BU coin roll haul as it is. But Meow could not refuse such as stash too.
A Seies 1928-G deuce? How long has that been sitting in someone's drawer or underneath a mattress? What a haul! Make sure you do something nice for the person at the bank that told you about these!
Someone dug into their Judy-hole. Unfortunately for those, condition is the name of the game, and those are lacking. Older, but only worth face. The red $2 and silver certificates might bring you a couple of extra bucks.
I had a number of those low grade 1934 Series sitting around until the late 90s. I saved the nicest and used the rest at face value to buy an 09SVDB that I always wanted (the old notes paid for about half). The SVDB has gone up considerably in value and I got a coin I really wanted, while the low grade twenties are still worth face. Im glad I didn't save them. IMO, common worn larger denomination notes are better of be used to purchase better items for your collection. If I would have done this in the 70s, I could have bought a nice $20 lib or saint! Something to consider.
