1973 Lincoln cent

    I know the initials are no big deal on the obverse, bottom of Lincoln's bust but on the reverse it looks like Lincoln is wearing a seatbelt LOL. Was that his left arm that took a hit? Other than those I don't see anything else how about you pep?

    Thanks very much. I think I'll keep this cuz it looks cool. Didn't know you had to wear seat belts back in them days LOL

    Thanks people by the way how do those marks get on the penny that look like feeder fingers I'm trying to understand how the whole Penny got that way

    They're marks on the sheet the planchet was cut from when it was rolled. They're called "roller marks."

    Sounds good Eddie. I guess those can happen at any year, cause.as I was going through the pennies I pulled different years out that had the same marks on it and I'm thinking to myself how can this be environment when they have the same marks on all those different years. Appreciate the schooling
