Pictured are two French American Colonial Issues. I acquired them both about four weeks ago.

    • 1710-AA Mousquetaire - 30 Deniers - Minted in Metz - 20% Silver
    • 1739-Q Sou Marque - 24 Deniers - Minted in Perpignan - 25% Silver
Although the Sou Marque has recent damage at Reverse 6 o'clock that illustrates quite clearly the copper contained in the Billon alloy, I am quite pleased with these additions to my French Colonies collection.

Any comments about it are appreciated and welcomed!

    Thanks, kindly
