Agreed with @mrweaseluv . For reference, the quarter is in F/VF condition, while the quarter eagle is in F-12 condition.

With the Quarter's detail in the eagle feathers and tail feathers especially, I would think VF at the least and if any luster, XF.

 

Nice coins! Flatten those staples and don't even think about cleaning, wiping or othwise touching or messing with the surface of your coins!
