    Hello friends!
I got me this one as a coin to be studied, but no luck so far.
It seems to be a Roman coin with a greek inscription on the back.
    Any ideas?

    Thank you so much! :D IMG_0826.JPG IMG_0826.JPG IMG_0827.JPG

Might want to check full greek coins. The obverse resembles Herakles in the lion's head dress. Definitely not an expert here, but it might be worth looking at.

The obverse looks like Malqart so it may be Phoenician

Looks Greek from the obverse, no offense but can you take some photos with more lighting?

From the pictures I can't read the legend (it's going to be something like ΣAPΔIANΩN + magistrate name), but it's a coin from Sardes in Lydia, late 2nd BCE. Below is a typical reference:

Lydia, Sardes AE Unit (AE18), c. 130-100 BCE.
Obv: Head of youthful Herakles right, wearing lion's skin around neck
Rev: Apollo standing left, holding crow and laurel branch, all within laurel wreath.
    Ref: (Depends on the magistrate.)

Below is a link to a few dozen examples. If you can read the legend/name on the reverse, you can find a more precise match/reference among these.

    Attaboy, Curtis.
Looks like a coin that has been cleaned using olive oil, or what do you think?

Doesn't look like it... More like a little worn?
