Maybe I ran into the one technical grader on staff.

 

But you know better than they do and that's all that counts. That is to say, if you're ever selling, there's no way you let this go at MS63 money. You put a floor on it well above that. This one by rights CAC should gold but we know they won't they're such boot-lickers...

 

I definitely know. Luckily the color is more important and the difference between a 63 and 64 isn't huge (I consider there to be several "groupings" among common date Morgan toners: 60/61, 62, 63/64, 65/66, 67+ where each group would be fairly similar in price given the same type of color).
