I hope i did this link correct, It seems the seller is trying to hide Something here on this CGA graded note the front is posted Complete but the back only shows the note, So you cant tell When this was graded, Talk about deceptive!! http://cgi.ebay.com/1918-CGA-67-FED...7_W0QQitemZ370354982733QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_
Thats funny to! But what is really interesting is the seller is not letting Us know if this has a star on the back or not!!
Ask the seller via email. BTW, curious... what price should a note like that command? It's presently at $375...
A tad below retail. Enough to risk a cross into a more predominant holder thus creating a profit for the seller in a similar grade. 12% is considered more than acceptable.
This would be an older CGA holder, prior to the aquisition in early 2009. You can tell by the format on the front strip. Plus this note would surely earn the "OPQ" (original paper quality) designation that started with the new ownership.
If anyone is interested in buying this note, just make sure you use the ole "CGX conversion rule". Immediately knock it down 20 points, so price it as a XF and re-slab. There's an excellent chance it has had some surgery done...
